Scope: The Director of Local Missions is tasked with supporting Westover Church's purpose and vision through providing leadership and operational oversight of Westover's local outreach efforts throughout the Greater Greensboro area. This role equips and mobilizes the body of Westover to partner strategically with/in local ministries and non-profits, schools, and community organizations. The Director of Local Missions is expected to demonstrate, in both word and deed, a passion for opportunities where relational bridges can be built into the community through which the Gospel and love of Christ can be shared. The Director of Local Missions is supported by the Missional Life Pastor.

Scope: The Administrative Associate for Discipleship and Adult Ministries provides administrative and operational support for Westover’s Discipleship, Community Life, Care & Support, and Men’s & Women’s Ministries. This role serves the body of Westover by supporting ministry leaders, coordinating events and communications, and assisting with the administrative functions that help these ministries thrive. The Associate works closely with and is supported by the pastors and directors responsible for these ministry areas.

Scope: The The WAV Technical Director is tasked with supporting Westover Church's purpose and vision through stewarding all campus‑wide AVL systems, ensuring every environment—from the Worship Center to classrooms—is technically reliable, mission‑ready, and optimized for ministry impact. This role blends hands‑on engineering, systems oversight, and service execution to support worship, teaching, and special events. The WAV Technical Director is supported by the Worship Pastor.

Scope: The Associate of Middle School Ministry is tasked with supporting Westover Church's purpose and vision through providing support for all aspects of the Impact MS Ministry. This position is also expected to contribute to ministry strategic planing in collaboration with the area head. The Middle School Ministry Associate is supported by the Middle School Senior Director.

About the Opportunity:
Westover KidsCare provides Christ-focused care for children for Tuesday and Wednesday morning women's programming as well as special events at the church (worship nights, volunteer trainings, holiday services, etc.)  We are looking for a few individuals to assist in providing care for our attendees’ children for all of these times.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Attention to detail, adherence to child safety guidelines established by Westover Church
• Ability to complete training as provided by Westover's KidsCare Coordinator
• Timeliness & dependability in reporting for scheduled shifts

Requirements:

• At least 18 years of age, authorized to work in the US
• Successful completion of a criminal background check
• Access to a computer, for purposes of accessing payroll records & receiving staff updates
• Flexibility in scheduling, as it is based on need (weekly hours may fluctuate and are not a “guarantee”)
