Community Building Events
Building community is a priority for our young adults. Both organized and spontaneous gatherings are planned each month to build a sense of belonging and fellowship. See our events calendar for upcoming events. We invite you to join us and experience these connections firsthand.
Thursday Nights
Looking for a place to belong, grow, and explore your faith? Our Thursday night gatherings are a welcoming entry point for young adults to connect, build authentic community, and deepen their walk with Christ. In a typical week, we come together to open God’s word, engage in small group discussions to apply biblical truth to our everyday life, and support each other through prayer, encouragement, and accountability. Topical series change throughout the year, and each week is planned as stand alone so you can feel free to join us at any time.
Doors open at 6:15p.m., come early, stay late and enjoy the fellowship!
Small Groups
These aren’t just casual meetups—they’re committed communities. Each group consists of 6–8 men or women (gender-specific), gathering weekly in homes to study Scripture, pray intentionally, and strengthen one another through encouragement and accountability.
Whether you're new to faith or seeking deeper spiritual growth, Small Groups offer a safe and encouraging space to be known, challenged, and supported.
Why Commitment Matters
Spiritual maturity is strengthened through consistent, intentional relationships. Our Small Groups are designed for those who are ready to invest—not just attend. When you commit to showing up, engaging, and walking alongside others, transformation happens.
What to Expect:
- Scripture-Based Study: Each topical study lasts 6-12 weeks, and includes independent study throughout the week followed by facilitated discussion during the weekly meeting.
- Accountability & Growth: A safe place to foster spiritual maturity through honest conversations and Christ-centered support.
- Prayer & Encouragement: Sharing burdens, celebrating victories, and lifting one another up in prayer.

Here are some of the many ways Young Adults are currently serving:
Community Building Events
As followers of Jesus, we’re called to live life together, encouraging one another, sharing joy and laughter, and growing in love. That’s why building community is a core value of everything we do.
Throughout the year, we plan a variety of social gatherings and events that help us connect beyond our Weekly meetings. These events—both planned and spontaneous—create space for laughter, friendship, and meaningful conversations:
- Monthly Social Events: Whether it’s a game night, day hike, lake day, holiday / seasonal events, pickleball, taking in a grasshopper baseball game, or serving the community together, our regular events are designed to bring people together in a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.
- Spontaneous Hangouts: From lunch after church to last-minute hikes or movie nights, we encourage spontaneous member-initiated gatherings for relationships to grow organically.
- All Are Welcome: You don’t have to be a long-time member to join in. These gatherings are open to anyone seeking connection and community in Christ.
